RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service current customer policies, answer inbound phone calls, cultivate leads, greet customers in the office all with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that you understand and address each client's unique needs while effectively marketing suitable products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the agent to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to excellence every day, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our clients.
- Partner with your office team to foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, creating a supportive environment that prioritizes their needs and enhances their overall experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty license.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
