RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation and Appointment Coordination: Identify and generate potential leads while scheduling appointments, actively listening to customers to discern their needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Phone Communication: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and effectively addressing inquiries.
  • Sales Goals Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding established sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
  • Customer Servicing: Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive experience throughout their engagement with our services.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the agent to establish and accomplish marketing objectives, promoting an environment of ongoing learning and development.
  • Dedication to Excellence: Maintain a strong work ethic with a consistent focus on achieving both personal and professional success each day.
  • Team Collaboration for Customer Engagement: Partner with your office team to build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Clerical Support: Assist the office with various administrative tasks, including managing paperwork, maintaining organized records, and preparing documents as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred sales experience in roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • A successful history of meeting sales goals and quotas is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers.
  • Valid Property & Casualty license.

Compensation: $35,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
